in my comments.

experience and are not done at the behest of a manufacturer
or distributor of dietary supplements.

ConsumerLab.com test results.

I AGREE not to include information about
a company's status (having passed or failed plant inspections
or product testing) with NSF International, National Nutritional
Foods Association (NNFA), or the US Pharmacopoeia (USP).

other marketing messages in my comments about a product.

I AGREE that any opinions I express in
this survey are mine and mine alone; and I further AGREE
to hold harmless SupplementQuality.com, the Dietary Supplement
Quality Initiative and its assignees and successors without
condition for any legal action taken, directly or indirectly,
